We're navigating one of the biggest shifts organisations will face in their lifetimes. Automation in marketing obviously isn’t new but with recent development, organisations have to move fast, and smart. The path from AI promise to effective reality is anything but straightforward. Most organisations are somewhere on that journey, many further along than they'd expect, yet still wrestling with the cultural shift and the pace of change. Somewhere between the hype and the technical complexity, the human element gets lost.
